On June 27th, 2022, Phelps was honored to receive a certificate of appreciation from The Greater Muscatine Chamber of Commerce & Industry for 35 years on continuous membership! The certificate was proudly accepted by owners Mike, Lori, Luke, and Dustin Phelps. Phelps joined the Chamber in 1987. Since then, our company has been an active part of the Muscatine Community. And, of course, we have been proudly family-owned since 1981!
