STEP TWO: APPROVING YOUR ARTWORK
Our in-house designers will bring your ideas to life! Just provide your sales representative
with your vision and/or examples of the art you would like to see to receive a proof! Used
Phelps Custom Image Wear before? Great! You may elect to use a design that is already
in our system for your team or organization. After submitting your artwork, please allow
our team a full 48 hours to digitize your art for embroidery. Digitizing your artwork will
normally incur a one time art set up fee of $25.
Once you artwork has been digitized for embroidery, we will sew out a sample of the design
and send it to you via proof link. PLEASE NOTE: this proof will show a close up of the sample
and is sewn out on sample fabric that may not be the exact color of the garments you are
ordering. If you would like a “placement proof” with the sew out shown on your garment of
choice, please let your sales rep know! Once you receive your proof, look it over closely and
let us know any changes you may have. If you do have changes, we’ll edit the proof and send
it back to you free of charge. PLEASE NOTE: Changes on embroidery proofs can take up to
24 hours, as aspects of the design must be redigitized. Once the proof looks perfect, please
approve the proof so we can get started on your order
STEP THREE: WE’LL TAKE IT FROM HERE!
Once you have approved both your virtual proof and physical proof, we can place your
order, produce your items, and either ship to you or notify you when your order is ready
for pick-up! Keep in mind that your turnaround time will start at the time of artwork
approval. Turnaround time for embroidery orders is 10-12 business days based on the
current availability of your garments.
