STEP TWO: APPROVING YOUR ARTWORK
Our in-house designers will bring your ideas to life! Just provide your sales representative
with your vision and/or examples of the art you would like to see and receive a proof in
48 hours or less! Used Phelps Custom Image Wear before? Great! You may elect to use a
design that is already in our system for your team or organization. When submitting your
artwork, preferred file types include .eps and .ai files. If you do not have these file types,
submit the highest possible resolution image you have.
On your artwork proof, your artwork will be shown on your preferred garments and
garment colors. Once you receive your proof, look it over closely and let us know any
changes you may have. If you do have changes, we’ll edit the proof and send it back to
you free of charge! Once the proof looks perfect, please approve the proof so we can get
started on your order.

STEP THREE: WE’LL TAKE IT FROM HERE!
Once you have approved your artwork proof, we can place your order, produce your
items, and either ship to you or notify you when your order is ready for pick-up! Keep in
mind that turnaround time will start at the time of artwork approval. Turnaround time for
screenprint orders is 10-12 business days based on the availability of your garments
