Mike Phelps
He started Phelps in 1981 with his brother Jerry and has proudly watched it grow into a thriving, service-driven business. Mike has a wife named Lori, he enjoys cooking, spending time with his five grandkids, and going boating.








Luke Phelps
Luke leads with energy, vision, and a deep commitment to both team and customer success. Outside of work, he and his wife are busy raising their three kids. He’s a big Hawkeye fan, a youth coach for football, basketball, and baseball, and loves to travel whenever he can.








Dustin Phelps
Dustin brings dedication and heart to every part of the business. He and his wife are proud parents of two, and when he’s not cheering for the Hawkeyes, he enjoys cooking and getting in a round of golf.








Melissa Busch
Melissa is the glue that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. A key part of our leadership team, she balances compliance, finances, and people with a calm, steady approach. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends, often cheering on her kids and making memories on nights and weekends.
