Helping Phelps Grow in More Ways Than One
At Phelps, growth means more than business, it means cultivating connections and community. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce the launch of our first-ever Phelps Garden Committee!
What Is the Phelps Garden Committee?
The Garden Committee is our way of transforming the Phelps property into a thriving community garden, where employees can collaborate, learn, and share the rewards of their work.
Each week during the summer, garden team members plant, water, weed, and eventually harvest a variety of fruits and vegetables. It’s a hands-on effort that brings fresh air and fresh food to our workplace and our neighbors.

What We’re Growing!
Our garden is brimming with seasonal favorites, including:
- Tomatoes
- Cabbage
- Peppers
- Onions
- Beans
- Cucumbers
- And More!
The Garden Committee plans to share its harvest with both Phelps employees and the surrounding community, helping everyone enjoy the fruits (and veggies!) of our labor.
Growing Together: From Beginners to Green Thumbs
Our team includes everyone from seasoned gardening veterans to first-time planters. The project has been a wonderful opportunity to learn new skills, spend time outdoors, and give back in a creative way.
It’s just one more example of how Phelps continues to grow, in more ways than one!
