STEP TWO: REVIEW YOUR VIRTUAL PROOF
Our in-house designers will bring your ideas to life! Just provide your sales representative
with your vision and/or examples of the art you would like to see and receive a proof in
48 hours or less! Used Phelps Custom Image Wear before? Great! You may elect to use
a design that is already in our system for your team or organization. For patch orders,
your first proof will be a digital mock-up of what the patch will look like. Feel free to let
us know any changes you may have at this point! PLEASE NOTE: this proof will show a
digital close up of the patch only. If you would like a “placement proof” with the patch
shown on your garment of choice, please let your sales rep know!

STEP THREE: REVIEW YOUR PHYSICAL PROOF
Once your virtual proof is approved, we can start working on a physical sample of your
patch. Depending on the type of patch, a set up fee may be assessed to produce this
sample. If you have any changes on this proof, please note that an additional charge may
assessed to produce a second sample, depending on the type of patch. If you would like
the physical sample sent to you, please let your sales rep know, but note that this may
add to your order’s turnaround time.

STEP FOUR: WE’LL TAKE IT FROM HERE!
Once you have approved both your virtual proof and physical proof, we can place your
order, produce your items, and either ship to you or notify you when your order is ready
for pick-up! Keep in mind that turnaround time will start at the time of artwork approval.
Turnaround time may vary based on the type of patch on your order.
